Anthony  A Pilates teacher for 20 years, Anthony lett has qualifications in Philosophy, Sport Science, MindBody Medicine and Exercise Medicine. Anthony is the author of two books on Pilates and has presented workshops and keynote presentations in over 25 countires. Anthony is the Director of Advanced Education at BASI Pilates, and is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance, who certify his courses.

Kenyi  Has qualifications in Pilates, personal training and nutrition. Kenyi is a pilates teacher, workshop and TV presenter and author of Innovation in Pilates Matwork for Health and Wellbeing.  Kenyi teaches Innovations in Pilates worldwide and is currently studying Human Nutrition and Wellness Coaching.


Anthony Lett’s workshop ‘Innovations for Pilates’ was incredible. There are workshops that are intellectually
